How we work
We tailor to your needs. You tell us what you want and how you want your house cleaned. We will come over and give a personal visit assessing your needs and match the lady that suits your home, cleaning requirements and family needs. Then on the first day we will bring the cleaner and introduce her and show them round telling them your needs and requirements and then leave them to make your house sparkle.
Quality Assurance / Personal Service
- Home visit and comprehensive cleaning list documented for every room, kept on record and used for sickness / holiday cover etc to ensure the continuation of quality of work
- Second visit and introduction to the cleaner with training / instruction given on site
- 7 days a week management
- Follow up visits to check on cleaner
- Introduction of new workers covering sickness, holiday or replacing previous cleaner
Sickness and Holiday Cover
Cover will be found for staff sickness and holidays, although it is not guaranteed, dependent on staff availability.

Vetting / interviewing process
All candidates are :-
- interviewed face to face
- trialled and tested (cleaning skills, handyman skills etc )

Haslemere HouseKeepers provide both attributes, and we are delighted. Our helper is a delightful Polish girl who arrives on the dot, works hard for three hours, and makes the house spick and span. She is already a friend and not just a cleaner, and we are very much interested in her social life and accountancy studies!
